Competition Rules

Breaking --- Up to 3 stations allowed.
Set up and break within 60 seconds.
Start and finish within the ring.
Two(2) tries allowed on each target.

Forms --- Any Taekwondo for Tang Soo Do form allowed.

Sparring --- Modified WTF/USAT sparring rules.
Head kick is allowed for 10 years and older black belts and 12 and older color belts.
2 point head kick for 14-17 and 18-32 yr. black belts.
1 point for body kick and body punch.
Two(2) one minute rounds with 30 seconds rest for everyone except for:
14-32 yr. black belts(Two 90 seconds round) and 7&under(One 60 seconds round).

Grand champions(3)

Adult black belt male, female, and Junior black belt(17 & under) participating in two or more events and winning two or more first places will win a 5-foot trophy. In case of a tie, more weight will be given to sparring, forms, and then breaking in that order. Tournament director will make the final decision if tie persists.

Pre-order --- $10($15 at the tournament in limited quanties), $2 extra for XXL.
Sizes available are: Child-S(6-8), Child-M(10-12), Child-L(14-16), Adult S, M, L, XL, XXL.
